The Peak Potential Clinic is run by James Waldron, an integrative counsellor with a Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy and a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience.
James has worked with depression, anxiety, OCD and addiction in a range of different settings, such as Private integrative clinics, drug and alcohol detox, mental health, homelessness, stimulant treatment program, and an drug and alcohol addiction information helplines.
As an integrative therapist he uses psycho-education as a way of explaining what is going on in the mind and how that manifests in emotions and actions .James combines this with Motivational Interviewing, Narrative and Person Centered approaches within a non-judgmental perspective ,whereby he explores alternative ways of finding happiness and motivation in life.
