Is it safe?

Studies have shown that for the vast majority of patients, there are virtually no risks or adverse side effects associated with Electromagnetic Stimulation (EMS).

Caution should be taken, and advice should be sought if you have any of the following:

-Pacemaker

-Metal implants

If EMS is being used around the chest, or near the heart, or to directly stimulate the heart, further precautions should be taken.
